Connection Beyond Sight and Sound is a partnership between the Maryland State Department of Education and the University of Maryland, College Park. This project supports children in their home, school, and community by providing consultation, training and special programs, technical assistance to children, their families, and care providers.

  ANNUAL CENSUS OF STUDENTS WITH DEAF-BLINDNESS: If you would like to register a child who has vision and hearing impairments with the Connections Project, please contact Diane Kelly and/or complete a Census Form.
